The Child Center accepts children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old. We also accept VPK (added just in case) and ELC School Readiness vouchers. Filling out this form is the first step in the application process but does not guarantee a spot for your child. Once you submit the form, a member of The Child Center team or our operating partner, O2B Kids, will reach out to gather more information and talk with you about The Child Center and the enrollment process. You are also welcome to contact The Child Center directly at (352) 519-1345.
